Refund Policy
Effective July 2026.
Because InnovatED resources are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.
When refunds may be considered
- Duplicate purchase of the same resource.
- A technical issue that prevents access to a purchased file when InnovatED is unable to resolve it.
How to request a review
Requests for refund review must be submitted through the Contact page within 14 days of purchase and should include the order details and a description of the issue.
Consulting and professional development
Refunds and cancellations for consulting engagements and professional development services are addressed in the engagement agreement provided before services begin.
